Ako Shipping Policy

Ako is a software-as-a-service product. Nothing physical ships.

Service delivery

Access to Ako is delivered electronically through your account at withako.com. Upon successful payment:

  • Subscription upgrades unlock the higher plan immediately. Credits for the new plan are applied to your account on the same day.
  • Credit top-ups are credited to your account immediately on payment confirmation.
  • Channel integrations (email, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.) are configured by you from within Ako and require no physical delivery.

If a payment succeeds but the corresponding upgrade does not appear in your account within 1 business day, please contact us at support@withako.com so we can investigate.

No physical goods

Ako does not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical products. We do not collect shipping addresses for the purpose of dispatching goods.

For tax-invoice purposes, we collect the billing address associated with your payment method as provided by our payment processor (Stripe or Razorpay). This address is used for invoicing and tax compliance only.

International availability

Ako is available globally. Customers based in India are served via our Razorpay cross-border integration, with all charges denominated in INR and our settlement in GBP to our UK entity (Huskee Limited).
